A Workshop Built on Understanding

This 8-week ZOOM program is not a therapy group but rather a peer-led support group that
combines:

  • Art journaling as a form of self-expression
  • Mindfulness practices for grounding
  • Gratitude exercises for building resilience
  • Supportive group sharing and reflection

What Participants Can Expect

  • A non-judgmental space focused on personal growth
  • Practical tools for managing mental health through creative expression
  • Connection with others who understand the recovery journey
  • Weekly 90-minute sessions filled with art, mindfulness, and gratitude practices
  • No artistic experience required—this is about expression, not perfection
