Flow & Flourish Recovery Yoga

Flow & Flourish Recovery Yoga is a trauma-informed Yoga class series offering a combination of gentle movement (Flow Yoga and stretches) and guided meditation (Yoga Nidra).

We believe movement should be accessible and non-intimidating. Each session begins with a mindfulness introduction and transitions into a Gentle Yoga practice led by one of our local, trauma-conscious instructors. Our hosts have lived experience with isolation and with the challenges of connecting with others while maintaining mental health or chronic conditions.
