UBC Pharmacists Clinic

Patients | Pharmsci

Our expert pharmacists work with you to make sure you are getting the most out of your medications.  In addition to medications for other conditions and supplements, they can talk to patients and their supporters about medications for mental illnesses and substance usage such as narcotics. Please note that they cannot diagnose nor prescribe and would require patient’s presence during the appointment to provide medication advice. If patient requires a supporter or a caregiver, they will need proof of a representation authorization, or verbal consent from patient that are capable to give consent.
