Peer facilitators lead this 2-hour workshop designed to help participants recognize unhelpful thinking patterns, explore the impact of the inner critic, and develop practical skills for reframing thoughts in a more helpful and empowering way. Learning to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts can help build resilience, self-compassion, and emotional well-being.
Learn how to:
- Recognize common unhelpful thinking patterns and cognitive distortions
- Identify and better understand your inner critic
- Challenge self-critical thoughts using evidence-based strategies
