Spotlight On Mental Health

Writing our shared lived experience stories can be healing for ourselves and others to show that we’re not alone on our journey.

Through CIF we are offering a chance to meet once a week on zoom on Sunday afternoons, starting at 3 pm, over a year in the hopes of developing our autobiographies for our personal use or to share with others.

If you feel like you have a book inside of you that you have the urge to write this group may be a good place to start exploring writing.

At the end of the year, you may choose to publish through Amazon or receive personal published copies of your work.

The work will be professionally edited.

If you prefer to hand write the manuscript we can have it entered as a computer file by a typing service.

Over the course of the project we will be discussing our progress and encouraging our writing.
