Peer Led Workshops
The Peer Led Workshops program offers free workshops and support groups led by individuals who have lived/living experience with mental health and/or substance use challenges. Using a Psychosocial Rehabilitation approach, our workshops focus on empowering people to be active participants in their recovery and well-being.

Learn MoreVoices & Visions Support Groups
Based on the international Hearing Voices Network model, Voices & Visions Support Groups are peer-led support groups that explore living well with voices, visions, and other unique sensory experiences and/or beliefs. Voices & Visions Support Groups are intended as safe(r), supportive spaces where people can speak openly about their experiences without fear of judgment, exchange strategies and ideas, and build community. There are both virtual and in-person options, depending on what works best for you.
Open to those with lived/living experience and their supporters!
Learn MorePlan for Wellness & Recovery (PWR)
In this 5-session series, we develop an individualized Plan in which participants can keep track of what does and does not work for them in maintaining wellness and managing periods of feeling unwell so they can live their best lives. Participants are encouraged to reflect on themselves, what they are like when they are well, identify stressors and develop wellness strategies to improve their well-being.
Learn MoreTalking With Your Doctor
Get the most out of your time with your doctor!
Peer facilitators lead this 1.5 hour interactive workshop to empower patients to be active participants in their health care. An active patient asks questions, voices concerns and has opinions about their care which they share with their doctor(s) and other healthcare professionals. Using the PACE framework, we explore common challenges with doctor-patient interactions and learn techniques on how to improve them.
