Advisory Opportunity –  Application Deadline is March 1 2024

Primary Care Networks (PCNs) are being developed in Vancouver as part of a collaborative partnership between the Vancouver Division of Family Practice, Vancouver Coastal Health, the Ministry of Health and the First Nations Health Authority.

A PCN is a clinical network of providers in a geographic area where patients can receive expanded, culturally safe, team based primary care.

We are currently recruiting Patient Partners to join our patient advisory and steering committees.
