Peer facilitators lead this 2-hour workshop throughout 5 interactive weekly sessions where participants explore tools and skills to accomplish goals, reconnect with self and others, and recapture meaning and purpose in life. Your Recovery Journey is based on the premise that there is hope and that people with mental health and/or substance use challenges can get well and stay well for long periods of time, doing the things they want to do with their lives.
