Peer facilitators lead this 2-hour workshop throughout 5 interactive weekly sessions where participants are encouraged to reflect on themselves, what they are like when they are well, identify stressors, and develop wellness strategies to improve their well-being. You will create a tailored Plan to help you navigate and overcome challenges.
