Winter 2026 Draw is opening soon!
We recognize that recovery looks different for everyone. That’s why this bursary allows individuals to choose a course or activity that supports their own wellbeing goals and apply for up to $400 toward the cost.
Open to City of Vancouver residents with lived or living experience of mental health and/or substance use challenges. Recipients are selected by random draw.
Important dates you need to know:
- Application Period: Nov 15 – Dec 15, 2026
- Draw Date: Jan 7, 2027
- Course Start Date: on or after Feb 18, 2027
- Deadline to Apply: Dec 15, 2026
Only complete and eligible applications are included in the random draw.
