Come away from this 8-session workshop with a deeper understanding of yourself, what you say, how you act, and how your actions shape your relationship with others. Through guided reflection and group discussion, you will build confidence in your communication, strengthen your connections, and gain practical tools to help you reach your friendship goals.

Peer facilitators lead this 2-hour workshop throughout 8 interactive weekly sessions. Through the series, participants develop relationship skills and problem-solving techniques to help build healthy friendships and connections.
