
Planning For Wellness and Recovery is a FREE 5 week course and will be held on Friday afternoons at the Gibsons Community Health Unit 841 Gibsons Way, 1:30 pm-3:30 pm Friday June 19 – July 17.

Event Details – Planning for Wellness & Recovery is a peer lead workshop.
Sessions are 2 hrs and runs for 5 weeks. It is interactive and participants are encouraged to reflect on themselves, what they are like when they are well, identify stressors and develop wellness strategies to improve their wellbeing. You will create a tailored plan to help you navigate and overcome challenges.
