Free Online Short Term Counselling

The counselling will be delivered by master’s students in counselling.  Click here for more information about the students and their backgrounds, and the practicum. 

The counsellors specialize in behavioural and process addictions such as gaming, gambling, social, media, online shopping and others, and can also support with grief/loss and trauma. 

All sessions will be virtual across BC. Up to 20 sessions.

Shannon will be supervising these students closely and has been in the counselling field for over twenty years and has also taught the following courses at City University of Seattle; Addictions, Relationship Therapy, Grief therapy, Brief therapy, Psychopharmacology/psychopathology, Family therapy and the Practicum class.
