The Rabble Rousers, a group of young adults from the Coast Mental Health Young Adult Program, are launching season 2 of their podcast, “They Called Me Mental”, on March 31st!

Each episode of “They Called Me Mental” features youth sharing powerful, firsthand stories of their experiences navigating mental health systems. By amplifying their experiences with recovery, stigma, and gaps in care, the podcast raises awareness and inspires support for improving mental health services for youth.
Through these stories, the podcast reveals gaps in services while also highlighting the resilience of those who refuse to be silenced—showing that it’s not only about struggle, but also about hope, advocacy, and the power of community.
