Peer facilitators lead this 2-hour workshop designed to help you recognize the qualities that support strong and healthy relationships. Research indicates that understanding our own needs and boundaries can lead to more satisfying and stable relationships. Evidence also shows that positive social connections are linked to improved mental health, lower stress, and a greater sense of belonging.

In this workshop you will learn to:

  • Build a deeper understanding of the characteristics of thriving relationships
  •  Identify common barriers to building and maintaining positive relationships
  • Apply strategies that support you in showing up as a caring friend, partner, and family member
