WHAT THE SERIES IS ABOUT
The series “Since You Asked…” is offered to individuals, carers and family members who support a loved-one struggling with mental health or substance (MHSU) use issues.

Carers or family members will be able to ask a MHSU professional questions about a specific topic.

Substance use, harm reduction and navigating the MHSU system.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your presenter will provide a presentation for approximately 20 minutes

There will be an open Question & Answer period for the remaining time

This format may change depending on the topic and the interest it generates

We will have group guidelines in place

We ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes late so as not to disrupt the session
