Call for Exhibitors
We’re excited to announce that registration for the 2025 INCLUSION Art Show is now open! This year marks our 21st annual show, and we’re returning to the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre in Vancouver for a special two-day event.
Event details
Dates: Wednesday & Thursday, October 22–23, 2025
Time: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Location: 181 Roundhouse Mews, Vancouver, BC
Key info for artists and agencies:
- Independent artist registration is free
- Supported artists (those connected with an agency or organization) should register through their agency or program
- All art forms are welcome — including paintings, pottery, photography, textiles, mixed media, and more
- Space is limited, and registration is first come, first served
- No commission will be taken on sales again this year
Indigenous artist showcase
This year, we’re excited to include a dedicated space to highlight Indigenous artists and artwork. If you identify as an Indigenous creator and would like to be part of this showcase, check the box on the registration form. A member of our planning team will follow up with you after registration closes to confirm next steps.
Registration is open from July 15 to September 15, 2025.
