Free 7-Week Improvisation Workshop

A Fun Introduction to Improvisation

In this 7 week course have fun with your new improv family while you discover your own spontaneity and talent for storytelling. Overcome fear, embrace positivity, and learn to inspire others, as we perform group improv games. Just bring your imagination.

Free and open to individuals with lived/living experience of mental health and/or substance use challenges – past or present (such as anxiety or depression).

Mondays, 6:45 – 8:45pm, for 7 weeks
Carousel Theatre on Granville Island
