Vancouver Coastal Health offers several Peer Led Workshops that are co-created by Peers (people with lived/living experience with mental health and/or substance use challenges). Co-creation is a cooperative working style where Peers, professionals and content experts work together as equals to create a workshop or service that will improve the quality of life for members of the community.
