The speaker: Sheryl Giesbrecht has been with CMHA Manitoba and Winnipeg for over 20 years, currently in the role of Manager of the Well-being Learning Centre and of the OCD Centre. Much of her career has focused on education, training, and facilitation. Sheryl advocates to bring awareness to mental illness and addictions to reduce the stigma surrounding the community of individuals living with these experiences.
