THRIVE Program – Peer Support Work Experience Placement Program

Work Experience at Thrive–  is an opportunity designed for individuals who have obtained some form of peer support work certification but lack sufficient work experience. We are committed to supporting these individuals by providing valuable work experience through co-facilitating and facilitating programs, offering peer support, and additional training opportunities such as MHFA, First Aid, NVCI and more. Throughout the Work Experience  the participants will be working with one of our Disability Employment Specialist on employment navigation (resume making, interview preparation and job search).
