THRIVE Program – November/December 2024 Calendar

Hello everyone,
Greetings from Open Door Group Thrive. We hope you are doing well and enjoying the fall season so far. We are excited to announce the release of our new Thrive November – December 2024 calendar, packed with exciting holiday programs, events and opportunities to connect.
Much anticipated Thrive Annual Holiday Party is around the corner, along with exciting outings and the return of the Stand Up for Mental Health Comedy (poster will be sent separately). To see the full details of what’s coming up, please see the attached calendar.
For NEW members who would like to join Thrive, they can register online by completing the online intake form https://www.opendoorgroup.org/thrive-intake-form/
Once completed, new members will be contacted and connected to a recreation therapist for the first intake session. When referring your clients or patients, please ensure they are is ready to set goals and work towards achieving them with the support of Thrive.
Eligibility:
- Live in VCH delivery area.
- 17 years old or older
- Identifying as having a mental health and/ or substance use condition
- Ready to set and work on goals
Our program term start on November 4th.
