This workshop includes eight interactive weekly sessions, each two hours long, led by peer facilitators who bring lived experience, empathy, and practical insight. Throughout the series, you will explore relationship building tools, communication strategies, and problem solving techniques that support your mental health recovery and help you create the friendships you want in your life.
