THRIVE Program – May/June 2024 Calendar

We hope that everyone is doing well. We are pleased to share with you our new Thrive May/June 2024 Calendar.
We have prepared a range of exciting and fun programs for our clients. There are many events happening this term at Thrive, including our Annual BBQ. Please see attached our calendar with full details about every program.
For NEW members who would like to join our Thrive, they can register online by completing the online intake form https://www.opendoorgroup.org/thrive-intake-form/. Upon completing the online intake form, new members will be contacted and connected to a recreation therapist for first intake session. When referring your clients or patience, please make sure the individual is ready for rehabilitation, goal setting and goal achievement.
Eligibility:
- Live in VCH delivery area.
- 17 years old or older
- Identifying as having a mental health and/ or substance use condition
- Ready to set and work on goals.
Programs will start the week of May 6th – May 10th, unless mentioned in red.
