Your Recovery Journey

This is a 5-session workshop series: 5 Thursdays, Nov. 9 – Dec. 7, 2023

Increase your ability to meet your personal recovery goals by enhancing your self-determination and quality of life.

Many wonder if it is indeed possible for a person living with mental health and/or substance use challenges to accomplish goals, reconnect with self and others, and recapture meaning and purpose in life.

Your Recovery Journey is based on the premise that there is hope and that people with mental health and/or substance use challenges can get well and stay well for long periods of time, doing the things they want to do with their lives.

This workshop offers 5 interactive weekly sessions, each two hours long, facilitated by people in recovery who can offer valuable information to help you on your recovery journey.

Session topics:

  • What is recovery?
  • Quality of Life
  • Self-Management
  • Medication as a tool for recovery
  • Moving Forward: Personal Action Planning

Come learn more about recovery and how you can live beyond mental health and/or substance use challenges!
